Follow my blog with BloglovinI have to say my hubby get's the World's Greatest Husband award today! He FORCED me to go to the awesome coffee shop we are blessed to have here in Gardner, get something yummy, and work on my jewelry there for a little bit.
What a treat! And not just what was in that empty cup. No kids interrupting me every few minutes. No sudden outbursts that needed my immediate attention. No messes around me that took my attention away from my "craft". Pure creation time.
I mean look at all that I got done!
Ten pair of earrings! I must say, I was a little nervous doing this, but it was a fun break from being in the house.

Be Calm
Psalm 107:29-30 says:
29
He stilled the storm to a whisper;
the waves of the sea[b] were hushed.
30
They were glad when it grew calm,
and he guided them to their desired haven.

He stilled the storm to a whisper;
the waves of the sea[b] were hushed.
30
They were glad when it grew calm,
and he guided them to their desired haven.
This made me think of how my logo turned out. It's so cool how the
water looks so calm in it. One of my favorite Chapel services from my
college days was about Jesus calming our storms. I love it.
Were there any sermons from years ago that still speaks to your heart? I tell you, when I feel like I'm in that same boat with the disciples and waves are coming up high and Jesus is just sitting there on deck, sleeping, I'm reminded of that sermon. Just because it may seem out of control, it is not. God is still in control. Praise His name!

Lake Ripple Bracelet
The oval, flat, blue agate beads used for this piece reminds me of the ripples in the lake water. So pretty and refreshing. Just love them.
The smaller round beads are aqua colored fiber optic beads, also known as cat eye beads because of the way the light is reflected in them. These are some of my favorite beads. They are just super cool.
There is an elastic chord through this so you can just slip it on and off, no messing with a clasp.

Here are a pair of earrings that are also made with the blue agate stone.
And here is another pair of earrings made with the same fiber optic beads. Would go beautifully with this bracelet.

Sun Fun on the Beach Necklace
The picture of the necklace on the manikin is not color accurate, but
gives you a good idea of how stunning it looks hanging there.
This piece is very cheerful with its reds, oranges and yellows sprinkled throughout a bronze based necklace.
There are a pair of earring that I will be adding to my shop that are made with the same red beads and would look perfect with this piece.
